On the outskirts of the village El Saltador Bajo, 6 km in the hinterland of Carboneras at the Mediterranean cost. It's located in the Cabo de Gata Natural Parc, Almeria, Andalusia.
No mass tourism and high-rise buildings. A special environment characterized by the simplicity and beauty of a rough, semi-desert nature. For people who want something different, in all peace and quiet. An ideal vacation spot for most of the year, enjoying the sun, nature and outdoor activities. With the sea and its beautiful beaches at only 6km distance.
The studio, a little higher up on the hill, overlooks the village, backed up by the Sierra Serrata with its beautiful twilight..

The interior has a unique style due to the fact that we just love to recycle old materials.

Carboneras at the coast offers an ample choise of shops, tapas bars, restaurants, etc. With a big and nice weekly market on thursdaymorning.
The Cabo de Gata Natural Parc with its beautiful white moresque villages, breathtaking shorelines, bays & beaches, being still one of the few amazing and 'protected' areas of Spain.

Various sightseeing trips to Agua Amarga, Las Negras, San Jose, Rodalquilar, Los Escullos, Cabo de Gata. Nijar, Lucainena, Sorbas, Tabernas, Almeria, Granada.
Many outdoor activities like diving & snorkel, cycling, hiking, fishing, horseriding, mountain biking.

Fly into Almeria, Malaga or Alicante. From Almeria it's an hour drive and from Malaga or Alicante about a 3 hours drive.
